Cancellation Policy

After making a purchase, customers have 12 hours to request a cancellation. We will be happy to process a full refund within this timeframe. After this period, your order will have entered production and cannot be modified, except for changes to the shipping address. We can still correct or update your shipping address before we ship the item out.
